The existing tenancy was previously set up to accommodate retail services and required a fitout alteration to reconfigure the space to align with the current service delivery approach used by Legal Services Commission.
Some internal demolition was required followed by the construction of a new kitchen/break room, a quiet room, access WC and unisex bathroom, a reception, open work points, 2 x interview rooms and waiting areas.
