This project consisted of the partial demolition and extension to the existing change room facility, constructed with timber stud framing and timber roof trusses over a new concrete raft slab. The new building contains 8 showers and 6 toilets, with a new reticulating hot water system to ensure instant hot water every time hot water was turned on. Epoxy coating was applied to floors to create a durable non slip floor that is easier to keep clean. Externally the building was clad in horizontal metal walling and matching roof cladding. Landscaping consisted of concrete paths and kerbing to marry into the existing bitumen car park. Minor renovations were also performed on the existing building.
