SERVING ALL STAGES OF THE BUILDING LIFE CYCLE

MYKRA was founded in Adelaide in 2003 purely as an asset services business, using a fleet of maintenance vans run by highly skilled tradespeople and stocked with everything required to quickly respond and resolve building maintenance issues as required.

Today, we undertake construction and maintenance projects for all parts of the building life cycle in South Australia. Our work ranges from $1,000 maintenance jobs right through to multi-million dollar construction projects.

Mykra is owned by a family who has been delivering professional and high-quality construction and maintenance services for over 65 years.

We have 70 full time, directly employed staff and subcontract to hundreds of businesses to deliver our services. Between construction, maintenance, preventative maintenance and breakdowns, Mykra consistently manages nearly 4,000 jobs per year.

We have 65 years’ experience in the construction industry, working in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Northern Territory.

We are a cash-positive business, with no requirement for any overdraft
or debt funding.

We’ve grown every year – and unlike many other ‘pure’ construction businesses, we continue to grow thanks to our range of services.

With a team of over 70 full-time staff, most of whom have worked with us for many years, we enjoy a very low staff turnover.

We work in our purpose-built, state-of-the-art offices,
we maintain a fleet of 40 vehicles and a large stock of fully tested & maintained tools and equipment.

QUALITY, SAFETY
& ENVIRONMENTAL

Our procedures for communication, consultation, and emergency contacts for incidents, emergency response, hazard management, inductions, incident recording and management plans include environmental, safety & quality considerations. We also employ a full-time Safety Manager.

We are externally accredited to meet the requirements of ISO9001 for Quality, ISO14001 for Environmental and AS4801 for Safety, and we undergo regular audits to maintain our conforming status.
