Project Scope: 97 King William Street Façade Remediation Works

This project involved the stabilisation and repairs to the northern and southern façade of one of the most iconic heritage buildings in the city. Due to the age of the building, the rendering on the façade had deteriorated significantly. Mykra was tasked with repairing the deteriorated render, repainting with waterproofing and replacing some of the rusted downpipes to bring it back to its former glory. The repaired façade was almost indistinguishable from the original, which was a pre-requisite of the project.
