Project Scope: Adelaide Tools Parafield

This project involved creating a new 3,000m2 tenancy for a new Adelaide Tools store within an existing warehouse. Mykra were engaged by the client to design and construct the fit-out for the new Adelaide Tools store including new insulated panel walls to an 8m tall dividing wall, insulated panel walls and ceiling to workshop and offices, custom joinery, polished concrete flooring, and services components.

The Mykra tender team quickly gathered prices from the architect and engineers for the design phase. Then Mykra were promptly engaged for the complete fit-out design. Next Mykra tendered for the construction works to meet budget. The Mykra project team then rapidly completed the construction phase to meet urgent deadlines without compromise on quality. This fast-paced project was delivered in time for the fast-approaching store opening.
