Project Scope: Brompton Children’s Centre Pre-School Modifications

This project involved demolition of the existing flooring at the pre-school and safe removal of asbestos while installing provisions for new tiling, plumbing and electrical services, painting in the nappy change room and bathrooms, kitchen and laundry areas. Existing joinery was removed as new cabinetry was supplied and installed to provide new shelving in the nappy change room and kitchen areas along with general carpentry works in the main classroom and installation of windows and non-slip flooring to all wet and kitchen areas. Mykra also completed refurbishment works to the existing masonry work at the pre-school and at the request of the client, also installed new fencing and gates to secure the premises with resultant electrical upgrades.
