The Business Enterprise Centre is located on the main street of Goolwa. The works included a full internal demolition and fit out. This included the removal of the old bank and office space and creating a new functional area that will be usable for the community.
Works included a great deal of engineering during the project to accommodate the new opening. The project was held up due to this added complication which meant all the second fixings had to be completed within a short deadline. This project involved the integration of a large amount of AV equipment which meant the new space could be used digitally and allow booking systems for rooms and spaces.
The space now boasts a new kitchen space, two offices, one board room, two bathrooms and an open community space. The project saw a lot of integration between the builder and architect which required Mykra to be very agile in construction to adapt to design changes during the project.
