Project Scope: Carnegie Reserve Clubroom Refurbishment

This project involved the major refurbishment and upgrade of the existing toilet amenities at the Clubrooms. It included the demolition of the existing infrastructure, removal of asbestos containing material in accordance with statutory requirements, and the provision of new structural elements to support the existing structure as necessary. The project was completed with new wall and floor tiling, joinery units, toilet partitions, glazing, painting and all associated plumbing and electrical services fittings and fixtures. Temporary facilities were provided to service sporting events whilst the works proceeded.
