Project Scope: Eldercare Acacia Court Refurbishment, Hendon

This project involved the refurbishment of resident ensuite bathrooms as well as the refurbishment of common areas and gym areas while scheduling works to minimise the amount of disturbance to residents. A particular challenge we had to overcome was working in an operating retirement home, whilst scheduling works to limit the amount of disturbance to residents.
