Project Scope: Faith Lutheran College STEM Works Stages 3 & 4

This project consisted of the continuation of the STEM lab design completed in a previous stage, creating an additional STEM laboratory, teachers preparation facility, two maths rooms and a locker room. Completed in just over three weeks, this project was fast-tracked as all works were required to be completed during a school holiday. Short duration program, all works to be completed during school holidays between terms two and three. There was a substantial variation mid-project due to specified entry lighting not being available and the implementation of a new design.
