Project Scope: Gleneagles Design and Construct Clubrooms
Mykra were appointed by council for the full Design & Construction of the new Gleneagles Clubrooms for the Woodville Wasps Rugby Union Club.
The scope of works included the demolition of existing facilities, the construction of four unisex change rooms for both home and away teams, a state-of-the-art commercial-grade kitchen and function area with linking verandah to allow the major club function room to open out with expansive view and interaction towards the playing area.
Our construction team worked with the design team to meet councils budget, design and timing requirements while providing a highly functional facility for the end user.
