Project Scope: Hectorville Community Centre Kitchen and Roof Renovations

This project involved upgrading the existing kitchen facilities and roofing of the Hectorville Community Centre, provided by the Campbelltown City Council. Areas of works included the replacement of the majority of kitchen appliances, which were outdated and too small to meet the needs of the growing Community Centre and its functions. Most of the electrical and plumbing provisions had to be upgraded to allow for connection to the newer, bigger appliances. Both the existing flooring and tiles were removed and replaced. The old mechanical unit and skylight were removed, and new roofing installed in its place, as well as a new safety walkway. To finish, new plumbing fixtures, lighting, security screens and stainless-steel benches were installed.
