Project Scope: James Place – Toilet Upgrade

This project involved the renovation of the existing toilet block. Works included a full fit out and addition of new adult change facilities. This included an extensive detailed demolition to keep existing resources where possible whilst incorporating sleek new finishes. The works also included the addition of Accessible Adult Change Facilities to meet the Changing Places Technical Standard. Challenges included working collaboratively with multiple trades to achieve a quality finish within a timely manner.
