Project Scope: KFC Pulteney Street Restaurant Upgrade
The project involved converting an existing empty tenancy located in a busy city centre location into a modern KFC restaurant. Works include murals and LED lights in the front of house, and a kitchen/prep area in the back of house. Mykra also constructed a coolroom and freezer in the back of house and installed a client supplied burger bar.
Due to the time of year and location, the project had a tight timeline, needing to be open and operational two weeks prior to Christmas.
