Project Scope: Mitcham Community Centre Refurbishment

The works at Mitcham Community Centre involved the main toilet space, introducing a disabled compliant toilet whilst creating a new female and male toilets. During the project, the project team worked to give the council the best outcome by adjusting the scope to modify and keep a structural wall which allowed the council to save money.  The project included changes to the old toy shop whilst including new kitchenettes and other minor works, such as carpet removal and new timber flooring being finished and retained.
