Modbury Soccer Club D&C – Changerooms & Facility Upgrade

This project included the Design & Construct of kitchen and amenities to the existing soccer building, a new 200m2 modular changeroom and significant siteworks ramps and paths. Works to the existing building created male, female and access WC amenities, a stainless steel fit-out kitchen/kiosk, new foyer and corridor, 2 x umpire rooms, storage, first aid room and general upgrade of the remaining areas. External works included new tiered seating with verandah extension, ramps and fencing, and the existing building was completely rendered. The modular building included 4 x soccer change rooms, 4 x amenities spaces, associated ramping and landings.
