Project Scope: Payneham Oval Unisex Changeroom
Mykra was engaged to undertake the construction a new 171m2 addition and minor alterations to the Payneham Oval Clubrooms.
The project involved demolition works, the construction of two new changerooms each with amenities including 4 toilets and 3 showers, a store room and two umpire rooms again each including a toilet and shower.
Mykra also carried out landscaping works and the relocation of an existing memorial plaque originally laid in 1927.
