Project Scope: Refurbishment to existing facilities

The Salvation Army site located in Mount Barker required minor refurbishment of its existing facilities, including fit-out of new commercial kitchen and female WC. The project included demolition of the existing stage for extension of the kitchen, a review of subsidence of existing footings and a review of rectification options. Challenges included managing the expectations of future users and maintaining the occupied site during construction.
