Project Scope: St Clair Change Rooms

The St Clair change rooms (Vipers FC) project involved the upgrading of the existing facilities, including public use toilet facilities. The upgrade required a new extension of the existing building, creating more floor space by adding additional change rooms with full toilet and shower facilities, dedicated umpire changing room facilities and new kitchen servery. The upgraded change room facilities ensure the building is more female-friendly given there are now four change rooms available for use at any given time.
