Project Scope: Sturt Street Community Primary School Verandah Enclosure

This project involved demolition of an existing paved area and installation of a new verandah within the existing building footprint to enclose the area with new concrete access ramps and handrails with a covered accessible walkway area from the existing building to the new enclosed outdoor learning area. While remediating the landscaping works, Mykra found the existing fill to be contaminated soil requiring input to develop the solution required in conjunction with the client and external engineers creating a latent contract condition.
