Project Scope: Construction of a new school building.
This project featured a new build, alongside an existing building. After extensive civil works a large foundation was poured for three new teaching spaces. Work included a carpeted classroom space, a technology space with engineering workbenches and mechanical extraction fans, plus a design studio with ample desk space for students, aided by an upgrade to the security and data infrastructure.
Industrial storage was also added, leading to a loading dock and staff facilities, new paving surrounding the building, and a structural steel / danpalon canopy sheltering a new soft-fall multiple drinking fountain respite area.
