A project for the Tea Tree Gully Council to remove a dilapidated shed at the Cycle Training Centre in Ridgehaven and install a new one for the residents and users. Once Mykra started onsite, it was confirmed we needed to add a retaining wall behind the new shed to assist in projecting the level of the new shed and for the neighbouring properties, being residential. Additional scope added by the client during project execution for more concrete out the front, DDA compliant pavers and perimeter pathing. These added time to the programme and pushed out the completion date by 1.5 months.
