Project Scope: Waratah Close Unit Refurbishments

This project involved the refurbishment of units six and fourteen at Waratah Close. The internal fixtures of the units were demolished including floor coverings, walls, kitchen appliances, mechanical units, joinery and second fix electrical so all could be replaced with new, modern fixtures and appliances, providing the units with a fresh and updated appearance.
