Project Scope: 56 Woodville Road, Roof and Painting Works
Before the repair works, the building looked old and run down. Mykra replaced the entire roof and also repaired some of the rotten window frames before giving them a new coat of paint. The new front porch also did wonders in giving the front façade a new lease of life, while the building has been made safe for future generations with replacement of the existing asbestos eaves.
