Project Scope: KFC Mount Barker
Mykra were engaged by the client to complete the internal and external refurbishment of the existing KFC store in Mount Barker. Works included updates to internal joinery, floor finishes, signage and painting as well as external provisions of new epoxy flooring to the outdoor bin area, concrete paths, stone retaining wall and steel cladding.
Challenges for the works included having to limit the operation hours due to the closing of the dining room and drive through, however thanks to Mykra’s tight programming, works were completed with minimal disruption to staff and customers.
