Swallowcliffe Learning Area – Upgrade Project

Project Scope: Construction and refurbishment at a school.

This project involved the internal refurbishment of three school buildings with new outdoor learning areas, refurbishment and extension of the Administration building, and construction of a new STEM building. It included the full internal demolition of walls, ceilings, services, wet area and some external walls to make way for new doors to the outdoor learning areas. Construction of the new building elements and finishes included linings, flooring, wet area, aluminium & glazing, services, external decking, landscaping and fencing.
