Project Scope: New McDonald’s Remodelling

McDonald’s Trinity Gardens went under remodelling, with works consisting of new internal fit-out, playground and outdoor dining. Works were completed in December 2018. The restaurant was remodelled with improved FFE, creating an open, brighter and more functional dining space. New drive-thru canopies were also erected. Opening of the new dining areas has brought a fresh and exciting change to this restaurant, with décor and furniture upgrades throughout the store as well structural and infrastructure improvements.

Challenges including working around the store’s operating hours and putting emphasis on customer experience during the construction – were overcome during the project, creating a successful outcome for all parties.
