Project Scope: McDonald’s Frewville Roof Replacement

This project involved removing the existing roof, air conditioning units and asbestos wall lining to install a new roof, gutter, four air conditioning split systems and metal cladding. Challenges included ensuring staff and the public stayed safe during the removal of plant from the roof, ensuring the store’s drive thru continued to operate at full capacity during crane works and setting up a compound with minimal effect on parking space for the store.
