Prospect Primary School Building 1 Remedial Works

Project Scope: Prospect Primary School

Mykra were engaged by the client to investigate the condition of the existing building 1 at Prospect Primary School, and rectify issues found. Rectification works included ceiling repairs and stormwater runs. Due to the elevation spot levels, we had additional sumps to capture the water runoff. Additional connections of existing stormwater and larger pipe diameters. We had encountered a second layer of asphalt 250mm under the existing where we were trenching for new stormwater feeds. Additional underpins due to existing locations of previous underpins failure. Once the building was jacked up, there were additional crack repairs to be made.
