Project Scope: Middleton Pharmacy Fitout

This project included the internal fitout to an existing new building for Middleton Pharmacy. The pharmacy also has a café and cross lotto inside. Works included new internal walling and ceilings, demolition of existing walls and ceilings, minor electrical, hydraulic, and fuel line modifications, and a new structural beam to allow the removal of an existing load bearing stud wall. The completed works left the pharmacy and café looking fresh and new with new counters for Cross Lotto. The client was satisfied, with works being completed within the required programme.
