GYG at King William St – Fit-out

Project Scope: Fit-out of a fast-food outlet.
This project involved the complete fit-out of the two-story GYG restaurant in a prominent CBD location. Due to the tight ground floor footprint two kitchens were constructed – one on the ground floor and the second on the first floor – with dumb waiter installation. The first floor also houses a dining area, alfresco balcony dining area and storage facilities.
