Project Scope: KFC Elizabeth
The KFC Elizabeth fitout was completed with refurbishment works to various sections of the interior and exterior portions of the building.
The exterior featured a new paved pathway, a new perforated metal gantry with new illuminated sign over the entrance, as well as a new section of concrete slab poured with a new stud framed wall constructed to enclose the original outdoor dining area.
The interior had a large amount of existing furniture to be removed, a new kiosk order stand was added along with new divider screens. A new plasterboard ceiling was also installed over the newly poured concrete slab area and a boxed in section of ceiling was allowed to accommodate the new AC cassette.
